We hope you have had an enjoyable and successful shopping experience.  However, if your are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are her to help.


  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging upon return.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be included inside the returned package.



  • To change a product, you have to take the following steps:
  • We can change the returned product with a similar one, a different size (the same code, model, color, material), depending on stock availability.
  •  If you want to change it for another product (other code, model, color, material), you will pay the price difference on delivery, if the product is more expensive.
  • We can send to you the new exchange product only after you have returned the initially bought product.
  • The refund of the value of the product, or as appropriate, its replacement shall be made up within 30 days from to return.



  • Once your item has been returned, it will be inspected and subject to approval. (see conditions above)
  • You will be notified once the item has been returned and inspected, and given the status of your refund.
  • If your item is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3 – 5 business days of notice.
  • You will receive the credit according to your card issuers policies.



You will be sent a free shipping label via email upon requesting to return product.  Items are returned to a U.S. address to provide faster processing.

Return Terms and Conditions

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. The Product Tag  must still be intact and attached to returned items. If the tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;
  • Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
